1. Nature of Services

Services offered through NexGen’s Wellbeing and Professional Support Hub are designed to provide professional guidance, wellbeing support, and developmental conversations that focus on enhancing resilience, workplace effectiveness, and career progression.

These services are not medical, psychiatric, or crisis services and should not be relied upon as a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or emergency intervention. If you are in crisis or require urgent assistance, you must contact local emergency services immediately.

2. Confidentiality and Duty of Care

• All consultants are bound by their professional ethical codes, including confidentiality, informed consent, and mandatory reporting obligations.

• Confidentiality will be maintained except where disclosure is legally required (for example, in cases of risk of harm to self or others, or where child protection laws apply).

• As part of our duty of care, clients must provide an emergency contact and school details before scheduling their appointment.

3. Emergency Contact and School Information Requirement

• Before scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to provide:

  • An emergency contact person (name, relationship, and phone number)

  • The name of your school or organisation

  • The name of your Head of School (or equivalent leader)

• This information is collected solely for duty of care and safety purposes and will be shared with the consultant providing your session.

• Each consultant is responsible for handling this information in line with their professional and legal obligations. NexGen Talent Group PTY LTD facilitates secure collection but does not control or supervise how consultants use or store this information.

• These details will never be shared with your school or employer unless disclosure is legally required (for example, if there is a threat of harm to self or others, or where child protection laws apply).

• All data is collected via secure systems, and NexGen Talent Group PTY LTD maintains cyber security insurance to support data protection across its platforms.

4. Eligibility

• Services are available to adults aged 18 years and older.

• Services are not available to individuals residing in the United States or Canada.

5. Independent Consultants

• Sessions are provided by independent consultants (including counsellors, thought partners, and other professionals) engaged through NexGen Talent Group PTY LTD.

• Each consultant is solely responsible for their own professional practice, standards, and compliance with relevant ethical and legal obligations.

• Consultants maintain their own professional indemnity insurance where required.

• NexGen Talent Group PTY LTD facilitates access, scheduling, and payment but does not supervise, direct, or control the professional judgment of individual consultants.

6. Limitation of Liability

• NexGen Talent Group PTY LTD, its directors, and officers accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage resulting from the use of these services.

• By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that responsibility for the outcomes of sessions rests with you and the independent consultant providing the service.
