She supports the wellbeing of school staff through counselling that builds resilience and personal growth, and she believes staff wellbeing is essential to creating school cultures where both educators and students thrive. As a counsellor supervisor, Kerrianne also provides professional guidance and support to counsellors, helping them navigate the complex and emotionally demanding nature of their roles in schools.

Jasmine is an experienced Art Psychotherapist and Clinical Counsellor with over 20 years in mental health, education, and the arts. She is passionate about the transformative power of creative expression to build resilience, empowerment, and emotional wellbeing. As an approved clinical supervisor, Jasmine also supports counsellors in their professional growth, offering guidance and reflection to help them navigate the emotional demands of their work. Her person centred, strengths based approach is grounded in empathy, safety, and professional care.

Dr Julia Tilling is an educational psychologist and counsellor with over 25 years’ experience across schools, universities, and organisations. She supports staff wellbeing through evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and Narrative Therapy, creating safe spaces to navigate stress, transitions, and professional identity. Julia is passionate about strengthening school cultures with values-driven, person-centred care.

Becky Wanyoike

Becky Wanyoike is a counsellor and educator with a background in both teaching and counselling psychology. She specialises in supporting staff wellbeing in schools, helping educators manage stress, burnout, and cultural adjustment while building resilience. Fluent in English and Swahili, Becky is committed to ethical care, cultural sensitivity, and creating safe, inclusive spaces for staff to thrive.
